Where is QAD located?
QAD is located just north of Atlanta in Cumming, Georgia, USA.
Where is your apparel made?
The majority of our products are made in the USA, of US and imported materials. Designs are printed or embroidered in the USA.
What process is used to transfer the designs to my shirt or sweater?
Most of our products use the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing process. All inks are water based and eco-friendly, making them soft and comfortable.
What is the sizing and fit of clothing items?
A handy Size guide has been included below each item's product description. In the Collection page, simply click on the design of your choice and scroll down.
Unless otherwise indicated, items are unisex and will fit both men and women equally.
What are the recommended cleaning and care instructions?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, using a gentle cycle, mild detergent and like colors. Only use non-chlorine bleach when necessary. Don't use fabric softeners or dry-clean.
Hang drying is best, but clothes can be tumble-dried on a low cycle.
Use a cool iron inside-out; do not iron the decoration.
How long will it take to make and ship my order?
Each order is typically completed in 2 - 7 business days. Shipping generally takes 2 - 8 business days after completion, with 96% of orders shipped within 5 business days.
COVID-19 update: due to the recent pandemic, orders may experience a slight delay in completion and/or shipping. However, we are expediting orders as quickly as possible.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently, we are only able to ship to addresses within the United States.
